Battery Life
The Guardian

A series for an investigation into the human rights implications of the electric car supply chain.  We worked to create a series of illustrations that would highlight the complex issues surrounding this important topic.

The series dived into the supply chain of electric cars, from the sourcing of raw materials to the manufacturing of the vehicles. We also delved into the human rights implications of this process, including issues such as hazardous working conditions, and environmental degradation.

The illustrations highlight the human cost of the electric car industry, including the exploitation of vulnerable communities and the impact on the environment. They also call attention to the need for greater transparency and accountability in the industry to ensure that human rights are respected throughout the supply chain.
